| 摘要: |
| 恶性肿瘤合并代谢综合征（CCMS）的共病状态可显著恶化患者临床预后。现代医学针对该共病状态尚缺乏特异性有效干预手段。本文基于“三焦膜系”理论，系统阐述CCMS的动态病理演变规律，提出其核心病机为“三焦膜系”气化失司引发伏毒蓄积，致伏毒循上焦、中焦至下焦次第传变。临床治疗中应以恢复三焦气化功能为核心，建立分期辨证论治体系：早期宣畅上焦，通利膜系，化解初毒；中期调达中焦，搜剔络毒，攻补兼施；晚期温煦下焦，填精化气，破瘀通络。附验案一则加以阐明。 |

| Abstract: |
| Cancer complicated with metabolic syndrome (CCMS) can significantly worsen patient prognosis. Modern medicine still lacks specific and effective interventions for this comorbid condition. Based on the "sanjiao membrane system" theory, this article systematically elaborates the dynamic pathological evolution of CCMS and proposes that its core pathogenesis involves dysfunction of qi transformation in the sanjiao membrane system, leading to the accumulation of latent toxin and its sequential transmission from the upper jiao to the middle jiao then the lower jiao. Clinical treatment should focus on restoring the qi transformation function of the sanjiao and establish a stage-based framework of treatment based on pattern identification: in the early stage, dispersing and regulating the upper jiao, unblocking the membrane system, and resolving incipient toxin; in the middle stage, regulating the middle jiao, scouring and eliminating toxin from the collaterals, and reinforcing healthy qi and removing pathogenic factors simultaneously; in the late stage, warming the lower jiao, replenishing essence and transforming qi, and breaking stasis and unblocking the collaterals. A verified medical record is presented for illustration. |
