| 摘要: |
| 慢性咽炎是临床常见的呼吸道炎症性疾病，中医学将其归属于“喉痹”“梅核气”范畴。基于“咽胆相应”理论系统阐释胆与咽在气机升降及经络循行方面的内在联系，提出少阳枢机失常为其核心病机，并进一步归纳为枢机无力、枢机壅滞、枢机逆乱3种证型。据此确立温养胆气、疏利少阳、降泄逆气三法，结合经典方剂化裁应用，以期为慢性咽炎的中医辨治提供新的思路与方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| Chronic pharyngitis is a common chronic inflammatory disease of the respiratory tract in clinical practice, which is classified under the categories of "throat impediment" and "plum pit qi" in TCM. Based on the theory of "pharynx-gallbladder correspondence," this paper systematically elucidates the intrinsic connection between the gallbladder and the pharynx in terms of the ascending and descending of qi movement and circulation of meridians and collaterals. It explicitly proposes that dysfunction of the Shaoyang pivot is the core pathogenesis, and further summarizes it into three pattern types: pivot weakness, pivot obstruction and stagnation, and pivot disturbance. Accordingly, three major treatment methods are established, namely, warming and nourishing gallbladder qi, soothing and freeing Shaoyang, and descending and discharging counterflow qi. Combined with the modified application of classical formulas, this study aims to provide new ideas and methods for TCM treatment of chronic pharyngitis based on pattern identification. |
