| 摘要: |
| 本文介绍李俊雄教授运用自血穴位注射疗法辨治特应性皮炎的临床经验。李俊雄教授认为，本病病位在脾，病邪深入血分，核心病机可分为脾虚湿蕴、血虚风燥、血虚夹瘀。治疗以自血穴位注射为主，主穴取血海、脾俞、天应穴；并根据证型配穴：脾虚湿蕴佐以足三里、阴陵泉、丰隆穴，血虚风燥佐以曲池、手三里、风市穴，血虚夹瘀佐以合谷、太冲、膈俞、三阴交穴。该疗法通过针血协同、气血同调，可有效改善特应性皮炎皮损、控制瘙痒，并可能降低复发率。附验案一则以佐证。 |

| LI Junxiong's treatment of atopic dermatitis with acupoint autohemotherapy based on the "Needle-Blood Synergy" Theory |

| Abstract: |
| This paper introduces Professor LI Junxiong’s clinical experience in the pattern differentiation and treatment of atopic dermatitis with acupoint autohemotherapy. Professor LI holds that the disease is located in the spleen, with pathogenic factors penetrating deep into the blood aspect, and its core pathogenesis can be categorized into three patterns: spleen deficiency with dampness accumulation, blood deficiency with wind dryness, and blood deficiency complicated by stasis. The treatment centers on acupoint autohemotherapy, with Xuehai (SP10), Pishu (BL20), and Ashi points as the main acupoints. Other acupoints are supplemented according to the different patterns: Zusanli (ST36), Yinlingquan (SP9), and Fenglong (ST40) for spleen deficiency with dampness accumulation; Quchi (LI11), Shousanli (LI10), and Fengshi (GB31) for blood deficiency with wind dryness; Hegu (LI4), Taichong (LR3), Geshu (BL17), and Sanyinjiao (SP6) for blood deficiency complicated by stasis. Through the synergy of needling and autohemotherapy as well as harmonization of qi and blood, this therapy can effectively alleviate the skin lesions and pruritus, and may reduce the recurrence rate of atopic dermatitis. A verified medical case is attached as supporting evidence. |
