| 肝细胞癌作为全球高发恶性肿瘤，严重威胁人类健康，而中医学以其独特的理论体系为肝细胞癌的治疗提供新的视角。中医学立足“毒损肝体，伏阳窜扰”核心病机理论，系统阐释其发病机制：肝肾阴虚为先，痰湿瘀积肝络成块，致阳气被困，由温煦转为郁火，伏阳内生，郁极化火，复因破痞、挟痰瘀而化毒，煽动癌毒生成，赋予侵袭、播散之势，灼络耗阴，扰动肝体，终致肝体愈亏，伏阳再生，病势递进加重。从而确立三大治则：透伏阳以平亢，断绝恶气；护肝体以固本，增强正气；解癌毒以清源，平衡阴阳。依此理法创制癌痛消方，融透阳、护体、解毒三法于一体，为精准施治提供有效方案，显著提升临床疗效。附验案1则加以阐述。 |

| As a highly prevalent malignancy worldwide, liver cancer poses a serious threat to human health. TCM, with its unique theoretical framework, offers new perspectives for treating hepatocellular carcinoma. Grounded in the core pathogenesis theory of "toxin damaging the liver bod, latent yang flaring and harassing," TCM systematically elucidates the disease mechanism: The pathogenesis begins with yin deficiency of the liver and kidney. Subsequently, phlegm-dampness and blood stasis accumulate in the liver collaterals, forming masses. This entraps yang qi, causing its warming function to transform into stagnant fire, which gives rise to latent yang internally. As stagnation persists, it turns into fire; further, by breaking the stagnation and combining with phlegm and stasis, it transforms into toxin, which triggers the generation of cancer toxin. This endows the disease with invasive and disseminative potential, scorching the collaterals, consuming yin, and harassing the liver body. Ultimately, the liver body becomes increasingly depleted, latent yang regenerates, and the disease progressively aggravates. Based on this, three major treatment principles are established, namely, dispelling latent yang to pacify hyperactivity and eliminate pathogenic qi, protecting the liver body to consolidate the root and strengthen healthy qi, and removing toxins to clear the source and balance yin and yang. Following these principles, the Aitongxiao Formula has been developed, integrating the three methods of dispelling latent yang, protecting the liver body, and removing toxins into one comprehensive approach. This provides an effective regimen for precise treatment and significantly improves clinical outcomes. A verified medical record is appended for further elaboration. |
