| 摘要: |
| 环鸟苷酸-腺苷酸合成酶（cGAS）-干扰素基因刺激因子（STING）信号通路是先天免疫应答的核心组成部分。cGAS-STING信号通路在动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、糖尿病心肌病以及心力衰竭等多种心血管疾病中均被显著激活，提示其在心血管疾病病理过程中发挥重要作用。而中医药可通过调控该信号通路，抑制炎症反应与氧化应激、调节免疫细胞表型分化及减轻细胞凋亡、焦亡、铁死亡等程序性细胞死亡，实现对心血管系统的保护。本文综述cGAS-STING信号通路在心血管疾病中的作用机制，分析中医药调控该通路的治疗潜力，以期为心血管疾病的临床治疗及治疗机制探索提供新的思路和方向。 |

| Abstract: |
| The cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS)-stimulator of interferon genes (STING) signaling pathway is a core component of innate immune response. cGAS-STING signaling pathway is significantly activated in various cardiovascular diseases, including atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, diabetic cardiomyopathy, and heart failure, suggesting that it plays an important role in the pathological processes of cardiovascular diseases. Chinese medicine(TCM) can regulate this signaling pathway to inhibit inflammatory responses and oxidative stress, modulate immune cell phenotype differentiation, and attenuate programmed cell death such as apoptosis, pyroptosis, and ferroptosis, thereby achieving cardiovascular protection. This article reviews the mechanisms of action of the cGAS-STING signaling pathway in cardiovascular diseases and analyzes the therapeutic potential of TCM in regulating this pathway, aiming to provide new ideas and directions for clinical treatment and exploration of therapeutic mechanisms in cardiovascular diseases. |
