| 徐经世教授认为，胰腺为解剖学独立器官，中医学中虽无胰腺专名，但其功能属于脾，其生理特性类似六腑以通为用、以降为顺。其生理功能的正常发挥依赖肝木疏泄以畅气机、脾土运化以助升清。胰腺癌发病，系由情志、饮食等因素导致肝失疏泄、胆腑郁滞、脾失健运，致使中焦枢机逆乱，气、湿、瘀互结，壅遏腑道，最终导致胰腺通降失司，痰瘀毒互结而成积聚。治疗上，徐经世教授以斡旋枢机、复其通降为总纲，立疏肝利胆以畅气机、健脾助运以复枢轴、通腑导浊以祛邪毒三大治法，旨在恢复肝、脾、胰（胆）三者的协调关系。附验案一则，为胰腺癌的中医诊疗提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Professor XU Jingshi believes that the pancreas is an independent organ in anatomy. Although there is no specific term for the pancreas in TCM, its function belongs to the spleen, and its physiological characteristics are similar to those of the six fu-organs, which rely on smoothness and descending for normal operation. The normal functioning of the pancreas depends on the liver's ability to regulate the free flow of qi and the spleen's ability to transform and transport food and water for assisting the ascent of clear qi. The occurrence of pancreatic cancer is caused by factors such as emotional disturbance and improper diet,leading to the liver's failure to regulate qi, the gallbladder qi stagnation, and the spleen dysfunction in transporting and transforming. This results in the disorder of the central pivot for qi movement in the middle jiao, with qi, dampness, and blood stasis intermingling and obstructing the fu-organ pathways. Consequently, the pancreas loses its ability to maintain unobstructed descending, and the accumulation of phlegm, blood stasis, and toxin forms a mass. In treatment, Professor XU takes "harmonizing the central pivot and restoring unobstructed descending" as the general principle, establishing three major treatment methods:soothing the liver and regulating the gallbladder to smooth qi flow, strengthening the spleen and promoting transportation to restore the pivot's normal function, and unblocking the fu-organs and eliminating turbidity to remove pathogenic toxins. The aim is to restore the harmonious relationship among the liver, spleen, and pancreas(gallbladder). A verified medical record is attached to provide a reference for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer. |
