| 在《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》实施与“新工科”建设双重背景下,加强健康领域科技创新、推动医工融合发展已成为医学院校教育改革的重要方向,培养医工交叉复合型人才是实现该目标的核心环节。当前,医学院校在开设工学类专业、开展人才培养工作时普遍面临学科贯通与知识体系融合困难、协同育人机制与资源整合不足、复合型师资与教学能力欠缺、评价体系与标准化建设滞后等突出问题。基于此,以湖南中医药大学信息科学与工程学院医学信息工程专业建设为例,提出基于“社会需求”导向的多主体协同的“医工融合”复合型人才培养模式,该模式通过整合医学与工学的教学与科研资源,建立医教协同、科教协同、产学研协同等多维联动机制,培养具备跨界整合能力与创新实践素养的复合型人才,为医疗健康领域的创新发展提供可持续的人才支撑。 |

| Collaborative education of medical-engineering integration under the background of New Engineering initiative and Healthy China plan |

| Abstract: |
| Under the dual background of the "Healthy China 2030" plan and the New Engineering initiative, strengthening technological innovation in the healthcare sector and promoting the medical-engineering integration have become important directions for reform in medical education. Cultivating interdisciplinary talents with expertise in both medicine and engineering is the key to achieving this goal. Currently, medical colleges and universities generally face significant challenges in cultivating talents in engineering-related programs, including difficulties in integrating disciplines and knowledge systems, insufficient collaborative education mechanisms and resource integration, a lack of interdisciplinary faculty and teaching capacity, and underdeveloped evaluation systems and standardization. Taking the Medical Information Engineering program at the School of Informatics, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine as an example, this paper proposes a social demand-oriented and multi-party collaborative cultivation model for interdisciplinary talents based on medical-engineering integration. This model integrates teaching and research resources from both medicine and engineering, establishes multi-dimensional collaborative mechanisms, including medical-education collaboration, science-education collaboration, and industry-university-research collaboration. It aims to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with cross-disciplinary integration ability and innovative practical competence, thereby providing sustainable talent support for the innovative development of the healthcare sector. |
