| 摘要: |
| 肿瘤厌食-恶病质综合征指肿瘤伴发的以持续性骨骼肌丢失（伴或不伴脂肪组织丢失）为特征，不能被常规营养支持完全缓解，进而逐步导致功能障碍的多因素综合征，可划分为恶病质前期、恶病质期、恶病质难治期。本文从“阳化气，阴成形”角度阐述肿瘤厌食-恶病质综合征的病机演变，将不同阶段病机概括为“阳化气”不足、“阴成形”失司和阴阳俱亏，针对不同阶段病机提出温阳通阳以化气、扶正祛邪以固形、回阳救阴以培元的治法，并附相应方药，以期为本病的中医药临床治疗提供思路和理论依据。 |

| Cancer anorexia-cachexia syndrome refers to a multifactorial syndrome associated with malignancy, characterized by persistent loss of skeletal muscle (with or without loss of adipose tissue), which cannot be fully reversed through conventional nutritional interventions and progressively results in functional deterioration. It can be categorized into three distinct stages: pre-cachexia, cachexia, and refractory cachexia. From the perspective of "yang transforming qi while yin constituting form" theory, this article elucidates the pathological evolution of cancer anorexia-cachexia syndrome, summarizing the pathogenesis at different stages as insufficiency of "yang transforming qi," dysfunction of "yin constituting form," and deficiency of both yin and yang. Correspondingly, treatment methods are proposed for each stage, including warming and unblocking yang to promote transformation, reinforcing healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors to consolidate form, and restoring yang and rescuing yin to reinforcing Yuan-primordial qi. Relevant formulas are also provided, aiming to offer insights and theoretical foundations for the clinical treatment of this condition with Chinese medicine. |
