摘要: |
中医文化作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,其核心的“中和”思想与当代大学生心理健康教育有着天然的契合点。通过系统探讨中医“和”文化在培育大学生理性平和社会心态中的理论依据与实践路径,深入分析中医“和”文化理论与现代心理学情绪调节、认知重构等理论的对应关系,建立跨学科的理论衔接框架。并基于“中和”思想的4个维度构建大学生社会心态培育模型,提出包含课程体系改革、校园文化活动创新、实践平台搭建及评价机制完善在内的四位一体实施路径,为高校心理健康教育提供兼具传统文化底蕴与现代科学依据的新思路。 |

Abstract: |
As a vital part of China's outstanding traditional culture, Chinese medicine culture shares a natural affinity with mental health education of contemporary college students, particularly through its core concept of "neutralization and harmony". By systematically exploring the theoretical foundations and practical approaches of applying Chinese medicine's "harmony" culture in cultivating a rational and peaceful social mentality among college students, this study delves into the corresponding relationships between Chinese medicine's "harmony" cultural theories and modern psychological theories such as emotion regulation and cognitive restructuring, ultimately establishing an interdisciplinary theoretical framework. Furthermore, based on the four dimensions of the "neutralization and harmony" concept, a model for fostering college students' social mentality is constructed. this study constructs a social mentality cultivation model for college students. A four-in-one implementation path is proposed, encompassing curriculum system reform, innovation in campus cultural activities, establishment of practical platforms, and improvement of evaluation mechanisms. This approach offers a novel perspective for college mental health education, integrating both traditional cultural wisdom and modern scientific evidence. |
