| 阴阳学说作为中医学的重要理论体系，是理解宇宙万物发生变化的哲学基础。月经周期胞宫依时藏泄，从经期至经前期历经阴阳消长、转化，遵循阴阳互根互用和对立制约的规律。在激素层面，卵泡刺激素（FSH）与黄体生成素（LH）分别具有阳与阴的特性，二者的动态平衡对卵泡发育、排卵及黄体维持至关重要；雌激素（属阳）在排卵前主导生发作用，而孕激素（属阴）在排卵后发挥收敛作用，二者协同维持生殖系统的有序运转。卵子具有阳的特性，积极参与生殖过程；而子宫内膜则体现阴的特性，为受精卵着床提供适宜条件。膜细胞与颗粒细胞同样具有阴阳属性，二者相互依存、协同作用。阴阳失调可能影响生殖内分泌系统的平衡，进而导致早发性卵巢功能减退、多囊卵巢综合征等生殖系统疾病。从阴阳学说视角探讨月经周期中激素、卵子、子宫内膜及卵泡细胞的调控规律，以期为临床不孕症的治疗提供基于中医理论的创新思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| The yin-yang theory, as a cornerstone of Chinese medicine, is the philosophical basis for understanding the origin and changes of all things in the universe. During the menstrual cycle, the uterine storage and discharge follow a specific pattern. From the menstrual to the pre-menstrual phase, yin and yang wax and wane, mutually transform, and adhere to the rules of mutual rooting, utilization, and restriction. At the hormonal level, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) have the characteristics of yang and yin, respectively. Their dynamic balance is crucial for follicular development, ovulation, and corpus luteum maintenance. Estrogen (yang) dominates the germinative effect before ovulation, while progesterone (yin) exerts astringent effects after ovulation, jointly ensuring the orderly operation of the reproductive system. The ovum with yang characteristic actively participates in reproduction process, while the endometrium with yin characteristic provides a suitable environment for embryo implantation. Theca and granulosa cells both have yin and yang attributes, interact synergistically for follicle development. Yin and yang imbalance may disrupt the reproductive endocrine system, leading to disorders such as premature ovarian insufficiency and polycystic ovary syndrome. This paper explores the regulatory mechanisms of hormones, ova, the endometrium, and follicular cells in the menstrual cycle from the perspective of yin-yang theory, aiming to offer innovative ideas based on Chinese medicine theory for clinical infertility treatment. |
