| 摘要: |
| 中医学报在发展中医事业、推进科技强国战略实施中起着重要的作用。发挥中医学报的学术功能，要求中医学报以“学”为载体，由“术”而进“道”，从中医临床的创新发展、中医药文化的传播和认同以及科学技术的进步等方面，激发中医药科技事业的内生动力；发挥中医学报的教育功能，要由“刊”及“人”，把期刊功能与学科建设及人才培养深度融合，为科技强国提供人才支撑；发挥中医学报的科普功能，则要求其兼顾提高与普及中医科研成果，充分实现科技成果的转化与运用。 |

| A glimpse into the functions of Chinese medicine journals from the perspective of Scientific and Technological Powerhouse |

| Abstract: |
| Chinese medicine journals play an important role in developing the cause of Chinese medicine and promoting the implementation of the strategy of Scientific and Technological Powerhouse. To leverage the academic functions of Chinese medicine journals, it is required that the journals truly take “learning” as the carrier, advancing from “techniques” to “Tao (the way)”, and stimulates the endogenous driving force of the science and technology of Chinese medicine through the innovative development of clinical practice, the dissemination and recognition of Chinese medicine culture, and the progress of science and technology. To leverage the educational functions of Chinese medicine journals, it is necessary to extend from "journal" to "people", deeply integrating the journals’ functions with discipline construction and talent cultivation, thereby providing talent support for building a technologically powerful nation. To fulfill its role in popularizing science, Chinese medicine journals are required to balance improvement and dissemination, fully realizing the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements. |
