| 摘要: |
| 性早熟是儿童常见的内分泌疾病之一，也是严重阻碍儿童健康成长及心理健康的疾病之一。目前，西医治疗本病使用促性腺激素释放激素类似物，但临床实际运用该类药物时有明显的局限性。国家级名中医舒兰教授认为，性早熟的基本病机为肾之阴阳失衡，“天癸”早至，并提出引起肾之阴阳失衡的原因不局限于肾脏本身，而在于脏腑之间生理功能联系失衡，以平衡脏腑功能、内外合治为基本治疗原则。内治以平衡脏腑为法，常用龙胆泻肝汤合知柏地黄汤、柴胡疏肝散合二陈汤、二陈汤合二至丸、黄连阿胶汤合两地汤等加减治疗；外治以消肿通络为法，常用玄明粉外敷或自制早熟贴治疗，并强调临证时需注重宣教开导、身心兼治。基于“平衡脏腑、内外合治”的思想为性早熟提供新的诊疗思路，并附临床验案一则。 |

| Abstract: |
| Precocious puberty is one of the common endocrine diseases in children, and one of the diseases that seriously impede children’s healthy growth and mental health. Currently, Western medicine treats it with gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs, but there are obvious limitations to the actual clinical use of such drugs. SHU Lan, the national famous Chinese medicine practitioner, believes that the basic pathogenesis of precocious puberty is the imbalance of yin and yang of the kidney and the early arrival of Tian Gui. It is important to emphasize that the cause of the imbalance of yin and yang of the kidney is not confined to the kidneys themselves, but rather an imbalance in the physiological function of the internal organs. She also proposes balancing the internal organs and combining internal and external treatment as the main rule of treatment. The internal treatment is based on balancing the internal organs. Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with Zhibai Dihuang Decoction, Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Erchen Decoction, Erchen Decoction combined with Erzhi Pill, and Huanglian Ejiao Decoction combined with Liangdi Decoction, etc. are often modified for treatment. The external treatment is based on reducing swelling and unblocking collaterals. Xuanming Powder or homemade Precocious Patch are often used for external application. It is emphasized that it is necessary to pay attention to education and enlightenment, and to treat both body and mind in clinical practice. Based on the idea of "balancing the internal organs, combining internal and external treatment", this study provides a new diagnosis and treatment concept for precocious puberty, along with a verified medical record. |
