| 近年来，医疗模式逐渐从“治病”转向以“健康”为中心，康复医学也从一门新兴学科发展为朝阳学科。传统针灸医学的补充融合切实推进了康复医学的发展，起到协同增效的效果。经络是中西医结合研究中最具潜力的结合点和切入点。文章基于经络辨证思想，从康复预防、康复评定、康复治疗3个方面构建针康融合理念，在针灸协同运动疗法、言语疗法诊疗上提出了“经络-经筋-肌肉（软组织）”诊疗思路和“分阶段、分穴位、分参数”针刺策略，为针灸与康复医学交叉融通内容加以细则补充，以期完善二者协同增效的辨证思路和诊病思维，更好地指导针灸在康复医学中的临床实践。 |

| On the synergistic enhancement mechanism of acupuncture and rehabilitation medicine from the perspective of pattern differentiation of meridians |

| Abstract: |
| In recent years, the medical model has gradually shifted from "treating illness" to "staying healthy", and rehabilitation medicine has evolved from an emerging discipline into a promising one. The integration of traditional acupuncture medicine has effectively promoted the development of rehabilitation medicine and played a synergistic role in enhancing its effectiveness.Meridians are the most promising points of integration and entry in the combined research of Chinese and Western medicine. Based on the concept of pattern differentiation of meridians, the article constructs the idea of integrating acupuncture with rehabilitation from three aspects: rehabilitation prevention, rehabilitation assessment, and rehabilitation treatment. It proposes the "meridian-tendon-muscle（soft tissue）" diagnostic and treatment approach and the "stage-by-stage, acupoint-by-acupoint, parameter-by-parameter" acupuncture strategy in the collaborative practice of acupuncture with exercise therapy and speech therapy. It supplements the intersection and integration of acupuncture and rehabilitation medicine with detailed rules, aiming to perfect the synergistic and efficacy-enhancing differentiation approach and diagnostic thinking of both and better guide the clinical practice of acupuncture in the field of rehabilitation medicine. |
