摘要: |
目的 探讨以岗位胜任力为导向的口腔组织病理学混合式教学的应用效果。方法 以本校2019级医学口腔1班和2班为对照组,采用传统教学模式;以2020级医学口腔1班和2班为实验组,采用混合式教学模式。通过学生问卷调查和考试成绩进行教学评价。结果 实验组学生的教学满意度优于对照组(P<0.05),对口腔组织病理学混合式教学各项调查项目满意度高,且实验组学生的平时成绩、实验成绩、期末成绩和综合成绩均较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论 以岗位胜任力为导向的口腔组织病理学混合式教学培养了学生自主学习、终身学习的能力,增强了学生的课堂参与度和沉浸式体验感,提高了学生的综合素质,促进了学生的全面发展。 |

Blended teaching practice of oral histopathology guided by job competency |

Abstract: |
Objective To explore the application effects of blended teaching on oral histopathology guided by job competency. Methods The Medical Stomatology Class 1 and Class 2 of grade 2019 in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were set as the control group with traditional teaching mode. The Medical Stomatology Class 1 and Class 2 of grade 2020 were set as the experimental group with a blended teaching mode. Teaching evaluation was conducted through student questionnaire surveys and test scores. Results The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group students was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the satisfaction on various survey items in the blended teaching of oral histopathology was high. In addition, the experimental group students showed significant improvement in their daily scores, experimental scores, final scores, and comprehensive scores compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The blended teaching of oral histopathology guided by job competency has cultivated students' self-learning and lifelong learning abilities, enhanced their classroom participation and immersive experience, improved their comprehensive quality, and promoted their comprehensive development. |
