摘要: |
证素辨证面临诸多挑战,包括未涵盖所有病种;诊断权值无法动态调整;如何科学解读中医辨证原理。因此,尝试将刻画复杂系统有序度的“序参量”思想引入证素辨证的研究之中,提出构建基于人体主观、客观实测数据的证素序参量模型。并以干眼为例,提出研究思路及技术路线,开展定性分类下的定量研究,构建参数相空间,进一步挖掘序参量与证素的函数关系。有望开创“序参量+机器学习”的智能模式,从而实现动态调整干眼的证素辨证诊断权值,科学解读中医辨证。 |

Abstract: |
Pattern element differentiation faces many challenges as follows. It has not covered all diseases; the diagnostic weight cannot be adjusted dynamically; it's difficult to scientifically interpret the differentiation principles of Chinese medicine. Therefore, this paper attempts to introduce the idea of "order parameter" to depict the order degree of complex systems into the study of dialectics, and proposes to construct an order parameter model of pattern element based on subjective and objective measured data of the human body. Dry eye is set as the example, new research ideas and technical routes are proposed, quantitative research under qualitative classification is carried out, parameter phase space is constructed, and the functional relationship between order parameter and pattern element is further explored. It is expected to start an intelligent mode of "order parameter+machine learning", so as to dynamically adjust the differential diagnostic weight of dry eye and scientifically interpret TCM differentiation. |
