| 摘要: |
| 溃疡性结肠炎是一种易反复发作的慢性肠道炎症性疾病。谢晶日教授在临证中发现，部分溃疡性结肠炎的发病基础在于少阳枢机不利，其关键源于胆、三焦与肝、脾、胃的生理功能失调，从而导致气血不平、虚实夹杂、寒热错杂，诱发溃疡性结肠炎。在整体观念及辨证论治的指导下，通过疏利少阳气机，复调气血之和，佐以清热、泻实、补虚、温阳等治法，达到“以平为期”的治疗目标。 |

| Abstract: |
| Ulcerative colitis is a chronic intestinal inflammatory disease that is prone to recurring attacks. Professor XIE Jingri found in the clinical diagnosis that the pathogenesis of some ulcerative colitis is the unfavorable cardinal Shaoyang, and the key is due to the abnormal physiological functions of the gallbladder, triple burners, liver, spleen and stomach, resulting in imbalance of Qi and blood, mixture of deficiency and excess, mixed cold and heat, thus inducing ulcerative colitis. Under the guidance of the entirety view and treatment based on syndrome differentiation, the "balance for the mechanism" can be achieved by dispersing and soothing Shaoyang Qi and readjusting the harmony of Qi and blood when assisted by the methods such as clearing heat, purging excess, tonifying deficiency, and warming Yang. |
