| 摘要: |
| 腰椎间盘突出症是临床高发疾病，病因复杂，证候多样，治疗难度大，卢敏教授根据其多年临床经验，提出“瘀、毒、虚”的病因病机，确立中药内治应用原则，并辅以中医外治，注重功能锻炼，强调“骨正筋柔，筋骨平衡”的重要性。本文系统总结卢敏教授“内外兼治””筋骨并举”学术思想治疗腰椎间盘突出症的经验，以期为临床治疗提供参考。 |

| Professor LU Min's “internal-external treatment” and “muscle-bone treatment” thoughts on treating lumbar disc herniation |

| Abstract: |
| Lumbar disc herniation is a highly prevalent clinical disease with complex etiology, diverse symptoms and great difficulty in treatment. Based on his many years of clinical experience, professor LU Min proposed the etiology and pathogenesis of "stasis, toxicity and deficiency", established the principle of internal treatment with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). He also combined the external treatment of TCM, focused on functional exercise, and emphasized the importance of "proper muscle-bone balance". This paper systematically summarizes professor LU Min's experience in treating lumbar disc herniation with the academic ideas of "internal-external treatment" and "muscle- bone treatment", in order to provide reference for its clinical treatment. |
