| 摘要: |
| 目的 了解湖南农村居民家庭中医护理服务需求情况，并探讨其影响因素。方法 采用一般资料问卷和自制家庭中医护理服务需求调查问卷，对1466名农村居民进行调查，运用多元线性回归分析农村居民家庭中医护理服务需求的影响因素。结果 湖南农村居民家庭中医护理服务需求总分为（106.07±23.49）分，处于较高水平；不同性别、文化程度、职业、医保类型及是否曾学过中医护理知识、曾受过中医护理指导的湖南农村居民家庭中医护理服务需求得分比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 湖南农村居民对家庭中医护理服务存在较高需求，相关部门应针对农村居民的特殊性，广泛开展基层中医护理科普项目，以提高湖南农村居民的中医药健康文化素养。 |

| Analysis on current situation and influencing factors of family traditional Chinese medicine nursing service demand of rural residents in Hunan province |

| Objective To understand the demand of family traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing service in rural residents in Hunan province, and to explore its influencing factors. Methods A total of 1466 rural residents were surveyed by general data questionnaire and self-made questionnaire of family TCM nursing service demand, and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of rural residents' family TCM nursing service demand. Results The total score of family TCM nursing service demand of rural residents in Hunan province was (106.07±23.49), which was at a high level. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of family TCM nursing service demand of rural residents in Hunan province with different genders, education level, occupation, type of medical insurance and whether they have ever learned TCM nursing knowledge and received TCM nursing guidance (P<0.05). Conclusion Rural residents in Hunan province have a high demand for family TCM nursing service, so relevant departments should carry out grassroots TCM nursing popularization projects widely according to the particularity of rural residents, so as to improve the health and cultural literacy of rural residents in Hunan province. |
