| 摘要: |
| 腺样体肥大是临床常见的一类儿童高发疾病。朱镇华教授认为现代生活方式与人文居住环境的改变是加剧本病的主要因素之一，其发病机制为虚邪贼风，损伤肺卫；饮食无节，戕伐脾阳；久居室内，真阳郁亏致使鼻络受损、痰浊阻滞、颃颡不开，壅塞气道。常见有肺卫不固，痰郁鼻窍；脾阳虚损，痰阻鼻窍；真阳郁亏，鼻咽乏养等证型，治疗上予益气固表、温肺化痰；温脾益肺、涤痰通窍；通阳益肾、温肺止涕以收效。 |

| Abstract: |
| Adenoid hypertrophy is a common clinical disease with high incidence in children. Professor ZHU Zhenhua believes that the change of modern lifestyle and living environment is one of the main factors to aggravate the occurrence of this disease. Its main mechanism lies in deficiency evil and harmful wind, damaging lung-defense Qi; eating without restraint, destroying spleen Yang; living indoors for a long time and suffering from genuine Yang depression and deficiency, resulting in damage to the nasal collaterals, phlegm blockage, nasopharynx can not open and block the airway. The common syndrome types are insecurity of lung-defense Qi, phlegm stagnation in the nose and orifices; spleen Yang deficiency, phlegm aggregation in the nose and orifices, genuine Yang depression and deficiency, nasopharynx lack of nourishment. In treatment, it is often given to tonifying Qi and consolidating the exterior, warming the lung and resolving phlegm; warming the spleen and tonifying the lung, eliminating phlegm and dredging orifices, activating Yang Qi and tonifying the kidney, warming the lung and stopping runny nose. |
