| 摘要: |
| 抽动障碍是一种起病于儿童时期，以不自主抽动为主要临床表现的神经精神性疾病，具有病程长、易反复的发病特点。薛征教授认为小儿抽动障碍多为外邪袭肺，引动肝风、风阳内动所致，并与情志因素密切相关，病位主要在肺、肝两脏，以治肺调肝、息风止动为主要治则，临证常运用揿针联合银翘散加减治疗小儿抽动障碍，可明显缓解患儿临床症状，提高患儿生活质量。 |

| Abstract: |
| Tic disorder is a neuropsychiatric disease with involuntary twitching as the main clinical manifestation, which starts in childhood. It has the characteristics of long course and easy to repeat. Professor Xue Zheng believes that children's tic disorder is mostly caused by external evil attacks on the lung, induced liver wind, wind-Yang internal movement, and closely related to emotional factors. The location of the disease is mainly in the lung and liver. The main treatment principle is to regulate the lung and liver and to calm the wind and stop the twitch. Clinical use of press needle combined with Yinqiao Powder in the treatment of children with tic disorder can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of children. |
