| 摘要: |
| 情志是中医学常见的致病原因。清代著名医家叶天士对情志致病拥有丰富的临床经验。《临证指南医案》是反映其学术思想和临床经验的关键著作，记载着大量与情志相关的医案。阐释情志致病的内涵，并将其与情志病、心身疾病的概念加以区分；分析总结《临证指南医案》的情志致病以肝胆、心、脾为核心的辨治原则，主要采用泄肝培土、益（清）心补肾、理肺疏郁、辛开苦降、移情易性5种治疗方法，从而为临床诊疗提供更多的思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| Emotion is one of the common causes of disease in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). YE Tianshi, a well-known physician in the Qing Dynasty, had extensive clinical experience in emotional diseases. Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records is a key work reflecting his academic thoughts and clinical experience, and records a large number of medical cases related to emotions. This study explained the connotations of emotional diseases, and distinguished it from the concepts of mental illness and psychosomatic illness. This paper analyzed and summarized the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment of emotional diseases with liver and gallbladder, heart, and spleen as the core in Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records. There are mainly 5 treatment methods of purging the liver and reinforcing the spleen, benefiting (clearing) the heart and supplementing the kidney, regulating the lung and soothing the depression, pungent opening and bitter downbearing, moving emotion and changing character, so as to provide more ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
