| 摘要: |
| 目的 分析与总结国医大师周仲瑛临床运用荠菜花的用药经验及配伍规律。方法 用Medcase Ver 3.8诊籍中医师工作室采集临床医案，并构建荠菜花专药医案数据库，针对专库数据进行计量解构。结果 本次研究共计研究医案239则，患者239人次，406诊次，涉及临床症状296种，脉象12种，舌象20种，病机64条，药物303种。荠菜花主治疾病以肾炎为主，其次为尿路感染与肾病综合征，核心病机为肾虚、湿热、阴虚，高频治法为清利湿热，滋补肾阴，核心适应症为口干、血尿、腰酸，高频配伍药物为生地黄。结论 国医大师周仲瑛含荠菜花处方多治疗肾虚湿热疾病，用药较为集中，药证对应，组方思路清晰。 |

| Objective To analyze and summarize National TCM Master ZHOU Zhongying's experience in using Capsella Bursapastoris Medic and its compatibility laws. Methods Based on Medcase Ver 3.8 medical doctor's studio, the clinical information was collected to build special herb datebase of Capsella Bursapastoris Medic. The measurement of special database data was deconstructed. Results There were 239 medical records, 239-person patient, 406 times of visiting, involving 296 kinds of symptom, 12 types of pulse condition, 20 types of tongue manifestation, 64 items of pathogenesis and 303 kinds of herbs. Capsella Bursapastoris Medic is mainly used to treat nephritis, followed by urinary tract infection and nephrotic syndrome. The core pathogenesis was kidney deficiency, damp-heat, and Yin deficiency. The high-frequency treatment is to clear damp-heat and nourish kidney Yin. The core indications were dry mouth, hematuria, backache, and the high-frequency compatibility medicine was Radix Rehmanniae Recens. Conclusion National TCM Master ZHOU Zhongying used prescriptions containing Capsella Bursapastoris Medic to treat kidney-deficiency damp-heat diseases.
