| 东汉末年疫病肆虐与《伤寒杂病论》对疫病防治的指导意义 |

| 摘要: |
| 疫病，是指具有强烈传染性并能引起较大范围流行的一类疾病。基于东汉末年疫病肆虐的社会背景分析，阐述了疫病流行对当时社会历史的极大影响，如偶成“三国鼎立”的分裂局面，导致人口的急剧衰减，促成了《伤寒杂病论》的诞生。进而从《伤寒杂病论》的方证条文深入探讨辨治疫病的理、法、方、药及其类型和病种。认为该书所辨治的疫病以“寒湿疫”为主，其病证多与感染病毒、细菌所引发的重症流行性感冒、流行性出血热、霍乱（寒性）、流行性脑脊髓膜炎等多种急性传染病相类似；书中亦涉及有关“湿热疫”的证治，其病证类似于病毒性肝炎、细菌性痢疾、疟疾等传染病。《伤寒杂病论》是传统中医临床医学的奠基之作和不朽的经典，其“六经辨证”的内涵及“方证相应”的条文，体现了中医临床的特色，即中医辨识病证重视“正邪博弈及其虚实消长”的核心理念，辨治疾病遵循“病证结合，辨证论治为主”的基本方法。古今实践证明，这也是中医防治疫病的优势所在。 |

| Epidemic disease refers to a type of disease that is highly contagious and can cause widespread epidemics. Based on the analysis of the social background of the raging epidemic in the late Eastern Han Dynasty, this paper explained the great impact of the epidemic on the social history at that time, such as the occasional split of the "Three Kingdoms", resulting in a rapid population decline and the birth of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases. Furthermore, from the prescriptions of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases, the principles, methods, prescriptions, medicines and their types and types of diseases were discussed. It is believed that the disease diagnosed and treated with syndrome differentiation in the book is mainly "cold-damp disease", and its syndromes are similar with various acute infectious disease of sever influenza by infection with viruses and bacteria, epidemic hemorrhagic fever, cholera (cold), epidemic spinal meningitis, etc. The book also involves the syndrome and treatment of "damp-heat disease", which is similar to infectious diseases such as viral hepatitis, bacillary dysentery, and malaria. Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases is the founding work and immortal classic of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinical medicine. The connotation of "Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation" and the provisions of "Correspondence of Prescriptions and Syndromes" reflect the clinical characteristics of TCM, that is, the core concept of TCM focuses on "the struggle between health Qi and pathogens, and the growth and decline of the deficiency and excess" for syndrome differentiation. The basic method of "combining disease and syndrome with syndrome differentiation and treatment" is followed. Ancient and modern practice has proved that this is also the advantage of TCM in preventing and curing epidemic diseases. |
