星点设计-效应面法优化山茱萸总环烯醚萜苷脂质体凝胶剂的制备工艺 |

摘要: |
目的 优选山茱萸总环烯醚萜苷脂质体凝胶剂的制备工艺,并对其进行质量评价。方法 以卡波姆-940用量、凝胶剂pH值、甘油用量为考察因素,以凝胶剂的外观、涂展性、均匀度、离心性的综合评价为指标,采用三因素三水平星点设计-效应面法优选脂质体凝胶剂的制备工艺。结果 山茱萸总环烯醚萜苷脂质体凝胶剂的最佳制备工艺为卡波姆用量0.5%,pH值6.6,甘油用量15 g。根据优选的最佳工艺,平行制备3份凝胶剂,进行综合评分,综合评分结果分别为9.4、9.7、9.5。结论 运用星点设计-效应面法优选出的山茱萸总环烯醚萜苷脂质体凝胶剂的制备工艺简单,方法可靠。 |

Preparation Process of Comus officinalis Total Iridoid Glycoside Liposomal Gel Optimized by the Central Composite Design-Response Surface Method |

Abstract: |
Objective To optimize the preparation process for Comus officinalis total iridoid glycoside liposomal gel, and to evaluate the quality of the gel. Methods With the amount of carbomer-940 used, pH value of the gel, and the amount of glycerol used as the factors for investigation and gel appearance, spreadability, uniformity, and centrifugal property as evaluation indices, the three-factor three-level central composite design-response surface method was used to optimize the preparation process for liposomal gel. Results The optimal preparation process for Comus officinalis total iridoid glycoside liposomal gel was an amount of carbomer-940 used of 0.512%, a pH value of 6.6, and an amount of glycerol used of 15 g. Three samples of the gel were prepared using the optimal process and were then evaluated, and the comprehensive scores were 9.4, 9.7, and 9.5, respectively. Conclusion The preparation process for Comus officinalis total iridoid glycoside liposomal gel optimized by the central composite design-response surface method is simple and reliable. |
