| 目的 通过聚类分析技术采集近20年来在国内医学期刊上发表的有关中医外治法治疗癌性疼痛的处方，总结出目前中医外治法治疗癌性疼痛的处方用药规律。方法 通过网络检索1997~2017年收录在"中国知网""维普"和"万方"数据库上有关中医外治法治疗癌性疼痛的中药组方，将符合要求的文献组方建立数据库，进行频数、药性统计及聚类分析。结果 统计有效处方146首，使用中药181味，使用频率最高中药主要为活血化瘀药、开窍药、祛风湿药，以温性药和辛味药最多，主要归经为肝、脾、心经，聚类分析可将中药分成六大类。结论 癌性疼痛中医外治法以活血化瘀，通络止痛为主，聚类分析其用药规律为临床使用提供了依据，为进一步明确其机制提供了中药研究目标。 |

| Objective To collect the prescription on external treatment of cancer pain with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of literature, published on domestic medical journals in recent 20 years, by cluster analysis method. Methods Prescriptions in literature from 1997 to 2017 by the database of CNKI, VIP, CBM on external treatment of cancer pain with TCM were searched, and a database of the literature that meets the inclusion criteria was established. The cluster analysis was used for frequency and medicinal property. Results The 146 prescriptions were analyzed including 181 TCM drugs. The most used kind of TCM drugs are Huoxue Huayu drug (activating blood and resolving stasis drug), Kaiqiao drug (awaking drug) and Qufengshi drug (expelling wind-damp drug). The hot and pungent drugs were mostly used. The channel tropism of TCM drugs focused on liver, spleen and heart. The TCM drugs can be divided into six clusters. Conclusion The mainly principle of external treatment of cancer pain with TCM are Huoxue Huayu drug (activating blood and resolving stasis drug), Tongluo Zhitong drug (dredging collaterals and relieving pain drug). This study will provide the basis for clinical use, and TCM research objectives for clarifing the mechanism of external treatment of cancer pain with TCM. |
