| 摘要: |
| 目的 研究健康人群平和体质与气虚体质寸口脉脉诊信息的差异性。方法 运用脉诊仪分别记录30例平和质健康人和30例气虚质健康人的寸口脉脉诊信息，对脉诊信息预处理后选取连续多个周期的脉搏波进行分析，获得气虚体质人群和平和体质人群的脉诊信息特征差异。结果 通过对比两种体质健康人群的脉诊信息，平和质人群h1、h4及h4/h1均高于气虚质人群（P<0.01），而h5及h5/h4均低于气虚质人群（P<0.01）。结论 健康人群平和质与气虚质脉诊信息的差异可初步用于临床并区分两种体质。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To study the difference of radial artery pulse diagnosis between healthy people of mild constitution and Qi-Deficiency constitution. Methods The pulse wave information of 30 healthy people with mild constitution and 30 normal people with Qi-deficiency constitution were recorded by pulse diagnosis instrument. The pulse wave of multiple cycles was selected after pretreatment of pulse diagnosis information. The difference of pulse diagnosis information of two constitutions was analyzed. Results The h1, h4 and h4/h1 of people with mild constitution were higher than that people with Qi-deficiency constitution(P<0.01); h5 and h5/h4 of pepole with mild constitution were statistically lower than people with Qi-deficiency constitution. Conclusion The pulse diagnosis information in clinic could be used to distinguish mild constitution and Qi-deficiency of pepole. |
