基于胰岛-肠轴调节机制研究痛泻要方对肠易激综合征的作用机制 |

摘要: |
目的 通过观察痛泻要方对腹泻型肠易激综合征模型血清及结肠组织中胰高血糖素样肽-1(glucagon-like PePtide-1,GLP-1)、胃动素(Motilin,MTL)和生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)含量的影响,研究胰岛-肠轴调节在腹泻型肠易激综合征中的机制及干预效果。方法 将80只清洁级SD大鼠,随机分为正常空白对照组(A组),模型对照组(B组)、痛泻要方组(C组)、阳性药物对照组(D组),造模成功后分组干预,与阳性药物对照组比较,观察其对模型大鼠血清及结肠组织中GLP-1、SS及MTL的含量。结果 与空白对照组比较,模型大鼠血清及结肠中GLP-1含量降低,SS及MTL含量明显增加(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,痛泻要方组和西药斯巴敏组均能升高血清及结肠组织GLP-1的含量,降低SS及MTL含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 痛泻要方可通过调节腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠血清及结肠中GLP-1(升高)、MTL及SS含量(降低),调节胰岛-肠轴中的代谢物质,从而起到治疗作用。 |

Mechanism of Tongxie Yaofang Decoction on Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based on Islet-Intestinal Axis |

Abstract: |
Objective To study on the mechanism and intervention effect of islet-intestinal axis regulation in diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome through observing the effect of Tongxieyaofang decoction on glucagon like peptide-1 (GLP-1), motilin (MTL) and somatostatin (SS) in diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome model. Methods 80 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group (group A), model group (group B), Tongxie Yaofang group (group C), positive control group (group D). After succesfully building models, the contents of GLP-1, SS and MTL in serum and colon of model rats was determined. Results Compared with the group A, GLP-1 decreased, SS and MTL levels significantly increased in model group (P<0.05). Compared with group B, GLP-1 increased, SS and MTL levels decreased in serum and colon in group C and group D (P<0.05). Conclusion Tongxie Yaofang decoction could regulate the content of serum GLP-1 (higher), MTL and SS (lower) in the serum of model rats with diarrhea Predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Its mechanism of its action may be through regulating the metabolism of the pancreatic islet-intestinal axis, and thus play a therapeutic role. |
