茄根煎液对Ⅱ度冻疮大鼠模型的疗效观察 |

摘要: |
目的 考察茄根煎液不同给药途径对Ⅱ度冻疮SD大鼠模型血液流变学的影响。方法 将50只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、灌胃组、外涂组、冻疮膏组5组,利用液氮建立Ⅱ度冻疮模型,连续给药10 d后观察皮损计分、肿胀率、血液流变学的变化。结果 茄根煎液外涂组、灌胃组、冻疮膏组皮损计分、肿胀率、全血黏度、红细胞比容、血浆黏度、凝血因子Ⅰ较模型组均有明显降低(P<0.01);与灌胃组比较,外涂组皮损计分在第8、10天明显降低(P<0.01),肿胀率在第2、4、6、8、10天明显降低(P<0.01);与冻疮膏组和灌胃组比较,外涂组全血黏度值、细胞比容值、血浆黏度值均明显降低(P<0.01)。结论 冻疮模型大鼠局部有血液微循环障碍,茄根煎液不同给药途径均可降低微循环血液流变学相关指标,从而改善微循环障碍,以外涂给药优于灌胃给药。 |

Effects of Eggplant Root Decoction on Degree Ⅱ Frostbite Model Rats |

Abstract: |
Obejective To investigate the hemorrheology of eggplant root decoction in different routes of administration on degreeⅡ frostbite model rats. Methods 50 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups, control group, model group, gavage group, exterior coating group, frostbite cream group. The degreeⅡ frostbite model rats were established by liquid nitrogen. After consecutive medication for 10 days, the changes of the lesions scoring, swelling rate, blood rheology were observed. Results Compared with the model group, the scoring lesions, swelling rate, blood viscosity, hematocrit, plasma viscosity, coagulation factor in eggplant root decoction exterior coating group, gavage group, frostbite cream group were significantly lower(P<0.01). Compared with the gavage group, the lesions score of exterior coating group was significantly lower at 8 and 10 days (P<0.01), the swelling was significantly lower at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 days (P<0.01). Compared with frostbite cream group and gavage group, the whole blood viscosity values, hematocrit value, plasma viscosity values were significantly lower(P<0.01). Conclusion The frostbite model rats were with the locally blood microcirculation, eggplant root decoction in different routes of administration can reduce the microcirculation hemorheology parameters and improve microcirculation, the route of exterior coating administration is better than oral administration. |
