| 探讨《五十二病方》的慢性病防治思想 |

| 摘要: |
| 笔者出版了第一次从临床医学视角解读的学术专著《五十二病方释义》，认为南楚地域的民间验方集《五十二病方》，包括52类疾病，108个病种，300首方剂。《五十二病方》基于“辨病+辨证+方药”或者“辨病+方药”的临床思维方法，重视精神心理调养，重视在日常生活中防治慢性病。通过巫方祝由、饮食材料、药物外治内服、物理疗法、灸疗法、禁忌等“养德”方法，避开一切自然的、社会的、个人（心理、生理、病理）的各种伤害，达到未病先防、既病防变、病后防复目的。这种慢性病防治一体的学术思想，已经蕴涵了现代“社会-心理-生物医学模式”的优秀“基因”。 |

| Abstract: |
| The author has published the first academic monographs Prescriptions for Fifty-two Diseasesfrom the perspective of clinical medicine. We think that the folk prescription of Prescriptions for Fifty-two Diseases in the South Chu region includes 52 classes of diseases, 108 kinds of sickness and 300 prescriptions. This book based on clinical methods of "differentiation of disease+ differentiation of syndrome+prescription"or "differentiation of disease+ prescription", pays attention to mental nursing, attaches great importance to the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in our daily life. Through Wufang Zhuyou, food materials, drugs for internal and outside, physical therapy, moxibustion therapy, taboo and so on "virtue" methods, avoiding all natural, social, personal,(psychological, physiological, pathological) of any of the damages, to achieve prevention before disease onset, prevent disease from exacerbating, prevent recurrence of diseases. This chronic disease prevention and treatment of academic thinking has implicated in the modern "social-psychological-biomedical model" of the outstanding genes. |
