摘要: |
目的建立HPLC 同时测定菟丝子不同炮制品中绿原酸、金丝桃苷、槲皮素、山柰酚和异鼠李素的含量。方
法色谱条件:Kromasil ODS-1 色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为
1 mL/min,柱温为30 ℃,检测波长为360 nm。结果5 种活性成分均达到基线分离,线性关系良好(r≥0.999 7);平均
加样回收率为98.4%~100.7%,RSD≤2.4%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏、可靠,可用于菟丝子饮片的质量评价。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To establish the method for quantitative analysis of chlorogenic
acid, hyperoside, quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin in the Cuscuta chinensis different processed
products by HPLC. Methods The Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used
with methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase. Under the condition of gradient elution, the
flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 3 0℃ and the detection wavelength was
360 nm. Results Baseline separation was obtained separately for the five kinds of active ingredients
and there was a good linear relationship (r≥0.999 7). The average recoveries were 98.4%~100.7%
and RSD≤2.4%(n=6). Conclusion The established method in this study is sensitive,reliable and
available for the quality control of the different processed products of Cuscuta chinensis. |
