摘要: |
目的研究双黄花片的HPLC 指纹图谱和其主要成分绿原酸与黄芩苷的含量。方法采用HPLC 测定,色
谱柱为Inertsil ODS-2 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm);乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长为280 nm;
流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为25 ℃。结果确定了10 个共有峰,10 批样品指纹图谱的相似度均在0.8 以上,绿原酸和黄
芩苷的线性范围分别为:0.256~0.768 μg 和0.184~0.920 μg, 加样回收率分别为97.16%和97.23%。结论所建立的
HPLC 简便、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 |

Study of HPLC fingerprints and content determinationof chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Shuanghuanghua tablet |

Abstract: |
Objective To study the HPLC fingerprints and content of chlorogenic acid and
baicalin in Shuanghuanghua tablets. Methods The fingerprints and content were analyzed by
HPLC method. The Inertsil ODS-2 C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with acetonitrile
-0.2% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase. Under the condition of gradient elution, the flow
rate was 1.0 mL/min, the UV detection wavelength was 280 nm, and the column temperature was
25 ℃. Results Ten marker peaks were separated by HPLC. The similarity factor of fingerprints for
10 batches of samples was over 0.8. The quantitative linear range of chlorogenic acid and baicalin
were 0.256~0.768 μg and 0.184~0.920 μg respectively, and the average recoveries were 97.16%
and 97.23% respectively. Conclusion The established method in this study on fingerprints of
Shuanghuanghua tablets and content determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin is rapid, simple
and reliable. It can be used specifically for the quality control of Shuanghuanghua tablets. |
