摘要: |
目的研究黄瓜根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从黄瓜根的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离了11个化合物,分别为:豆甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(Ⅰ)、dehydroeburicoic acid(Ⅱ)、α-菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、乌苏酸(Ⅳ)、3β-Hydroxy-multiflora-8-en-17-oic acid(Ⅴ)、Indolyl-3-acetic acid methyl ester(Ⅵ)、1-H-3-吲哚羧酸甲酯(Ⅶ)、吲哚醛(Ⅷ)、邻羟基苄醇(Ⅸ)、异香草醛(Ⅹ)和对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅺ)。结论除化合物Ⅲ外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

(Abstract〕 Objective To study the chemical constituents in roots of cucumber. Methods
The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-
20 column chromatography, their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data
and chemical properties. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from EtOAc extract and their
structures were identified as stigmasta-4,6,8 (14),22-tetraen-3-one(I),dehydroeburicoic acid(II),
cx-spinasterol- 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (III), ursolic acid (IV), 3β-Hydroxymultiflora-8-en-17-oic
acid( V),Indolyl-3-acetic acid methyl ester(hI), methyl 1H-indole-3-carboxylate(VII),1 H-Indole-3
-aldehyde(VIQ),2-hydroxybenzyl alcohol(IX),isovanillin( X)and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(XI). Con-
elusion These compounds were isolated from roots of Cucumis sativus L. for the first time except
for cx-spinasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside. |
