| 小针刀治疗早期退行性下颈椎失稳症的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的观察并比较小针刀与颈托保护治疗早期退行性下颈椎失稳症的临床疗效。方法早期退行性下颈椎失稳症患者60例,随机分为试验组(针刀组)和对照组(颈托组),每组各30例。观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛指数、影像学水平位移之和(HD)值及角位移(AD)值变化。结果 1.两组治疗后疼痛指数积分均显著降低,试验组优于对照组(P<0.01);颈痛指数疗效试验组总有效率达83.3%,对照组为73.3%,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。2.两组治疗前后影像学HD差值试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);AD差值两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小针刀治疗早期退行性下颈椎失稳症能明显降低患者颈痛指数,并显著改善HD值及AD值,是治疗早期退行性下颈椎失稳症的一种疗效确切的治疗方法。 更多还原 |

| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the treatment in ear-
1y degenerative disease of cervical spine instability with the akupotomye and neck collar protec-
tion. Methods 60 patients the disease were randomly divided into test group (akupotomye group)
and control group(cervical collar group), 30 patients in each group. The indexes of neck pain be-
fore and after treatment and the changes of AD HD imaging value were measured. Results 1.Af-
ter treatment, the indexes of pain in both groups were significantly lowered, and the test group
was much lower than that in control group (P <0.05); the total effective rate was 83.3% in
test group and 73.3% in control group (P<0.05). 2. The imaging values of HD in test group was
better than that in control group (P<0.05), but the D-value of AD was not significant (P>0.05).
Conclusion The akupotomye therapy for early degenerative disorder of lower cervical spine insta-
bility can significantly reduce the neck pain index figure and significantly improve the HD and
AD values, which is effective therapy for early degenerative disease of the lower cervical spine
instability. |
