| 小针刀扩新术治疗骨不连的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的评价小针刀微骨折扩新术治疗骨不连的临床疗效。方法 26例胫骨、肱骨骨不连患者运用小针刀于骨折断端进行剥离,形成新的骨创面,利用外固定支架固定,术后指导患者进行功能康复训练。结果术后随访,20例骨不连患者治愈,愈合时间4~6个月,5例好转,1例无效。结论小针刀扩新术治疗骨不连是一种疗效好、副作用小、操作简单的有效方法,初步应用临床疗效满意,容易被医师和患者接受,具有临床推广价值。 更多还原 |

| (Abstract〕 Objective To evaluate the effect of akupotomye extensive therapy minimally in-
vasive micro)-fracture for nonunion. Method 26 patients with nonunion of tibia and humerus
were stripped the end of fractures with akupotomye[()form a new fracture，fixed with external
fixation and guided[()do exercise for limbs functional training. Results With the followed-up,
20 patients with nonunion were cured. the healing time was 4}6 months, 5 improved and 1 in-
valid. Conclusions The akupotomye therapy for nonunion of the tibia and humerns is effective
therapy with good effect, nearly no side effects and simple operation, which is accepted easily
by doctors and patients. |
