蒲黄黄酮对缺氧损伤血管内皮细胞的保护作用 |

摘要: |
目的研究蒲黄黄酮对缺氧损伤血管内皮细胞人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVE-12)活性、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法缺氧诱导血管内皮细胞损伤,MTT比色法观察蒲黄黄酮对血管内皮细胞的影响,酶联免疫法测定细胞培养液中内皮素-1(ET-1)、NO的含量。结果蒲黄黄酮可提高缺氧时HUVE-12细胞活性,减少NO降低程度(P<0.05),抑制ET-1的生成(P<0.05),蒲黄黄酮对HUVE-12细胞的这种保护作用与其浓度存在一定的量效关系。结论蒲黄黄酮对缺氧损伤的血管内皮细胞HUVE-12具有保护作用,其作用可能与NO和ET-1的生成有关。 更多还原 |

Abstract: |
Objective To study the influences of anoxia on vascular endothelial cells (HUVE一12) activity, endothelin(ET) and nitrogen monoxidum(NO) contents. Methods The damage of vascularendothelial cells was induced by means of anoxia, the action of Pollen Typhae lavone on vascular endothelial cells was measured with MTT chromatometry, and the ET一1 and NO contents with enzyme-linked immunoassay. Results Pollen Typhae flavone elevated cytoactive
of anoxic HUVE-12, reduced NO lowering level(P<0.05)and inhibited ET-1 production(P<0.05). Conclusion The protective effect of Pollen Typhae flavone exists a protective effect for anoxiadamaged vascular endothelial cells, which maybe related[()the generation of NO and ET-1. |
