后，注意脉证舍从，治以虚实为纲，概以“汗、吐、卜、温、清、补”六法为要，重视祛湿散寒，尊经自创新方加减羌活五
积散、加减羌活汤以代替麻黄汤、桂枝汤、青龙汤、升麻葛根汤，以适用于湖湘之人、 |

| (Abstract〕 In treatment of the cold-damaged diseases, a famous doctor LUO Gu(卜gang in
Hunan in Qing dynasty was according[()the region and climate characteristic of Hunan,
[()distinguish the exterior and interior in detail,[()he careful[()distinguish deficiency and ex-
('css,[()judge the prognosis according[()the pulse,[()be careful the choices of pulse and
symptoms,[()take the treatments of deficiency and excess as a role, and then, generalized six
kinds of therapies as perspiration, spits, purgation, warming, clearing and reinforcing, and paid
attention[()remove dampness and coldness. He created some new formulas for local persons in
Hunan, such as Jiajian Qianghuo Wuji powder and Jiajian Qianghuo decoction instead of
Mahuang decoction, Guizhi decoction, Qinglong decoction and Shengma Gegen decoction. |
