| 〔摘要〕目的研究近期新生儿中药应用剂量的进展，并验证1986年报告的研究成果〔方法收集自1981-1999
年国内各种医学期刊杂志及全国性中医、中西医结合儿科学术会议的相关文献资料，查到其中100多篇临床论文
报道中应用中药汤剂治疗新生儿疾病的成功经验，经过统计学分析研究，整理出反映这20年中我国新生儿临床用
药的新生儿中药应用剂量表〔结果木次统计的新生儿中药常用量约为2}7 b，较上次统计的1一6 91口剂量有所
提高、新生儿中药常用量一般可用到成人常用量的1以上到半量;新生儿中药常用量的上限值，绝大多数(80%以
上)可达到或超过成人常用量的卜限值〔结论木次研究的结果与1986年报告的研究结论接近〔这两次的研究结
果.反映了建国后50年中我国新生儿中药应用剂量的变迁情况、可供临床实际应用参考、 |

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To study the Chinese medicine dose for neonate in recent and vali-
date the results reported in 1986. Methods The domestic varieties were collected from
all medical journals and Chinese medical and pediatric integrative medicine conferences from
1981[()1999, in which, more than 100 clinical papers were studied. Based on Meta analysis, a
table was established included the Chinese medicine dosage used for neonate in 20 years. Re-
cults The usual dose of Chinese medicines for neonate per day were 2 }7 g, which was in-
creased compared with the previous results 1 }6 g per day. The medicine dose for
neonate generally was about 1/5 or near[()half of the adults dose; the upper limit of that for
neonate mostly (80%) or even exceed the lower limit for adult. Conclusion The result of this
study is consistent with the conclusion reported in 1986，which showed that the situation
changes in the doses of Chinese medicine for neonate in 50 years and it can be a reference
Chinese medicine in clinic. |
