| 摘要: |
| 刘华教授认为化疗所致恶心呕吐的病位在胃，与肝、脾、肾密切相关，基本病机为胃失和降，气逆于上。刘教授在长期临床诊疗过程中重辨虚实、寒热，将化疗所致的恶心呕吐分为气虚痰阻证、阳虚饮停证、阴虚胃热证、肝气横逆证、寒热错杂证等证型，灵活加减化裁六君子汤、小半夏汤、理中汤、苓桂术甘汤、橘皮竹茹汤、半夏泻心汤等方剂，兼用中医外治法，使脾能升清，胃得降浊，中焦升降有序，呕吐则止。 |

| Abstract: |
| Professor LIU Hua believes that the chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting disease is located at the stomach and is closely related to the liver, spleen and kidney. The basic mechanism is the failure of stomach qi to descend, and qi rising upward adversely. During the long-term clinical diagnosis and treatment, Professor LIU attaches great importance to deficiency-excess and cold-heat pattern differentiation, and she has divided the chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting into five pattern types, including qi deficiency causing phlegm retention pattern, yang deficiency causing fluid retention pattern, yin deficiency causing stomach heat pattern, transverse invasion of liver qi pattern, and cold-heat complex pattern, etc. Professor LIU has tactfully modified classical formulas such as Liujunzi Decoction, Xiaobanxia Decoction, Lizhong Decoction, Linggui Zhugan Decoction, Jupi Zhuru Decoction, and Banxia Xiexin Decoction, and she also applies the external treatment of Chinese medicine. The above measures could help the spleen to ascend clear and stomach to descend turbid, and enable the qi in the middle energizer to move upward and downward in order. As a result, the chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting is cured. |
