| 摘要: |
| 脑梗死已成为我国居民致残和致死的主要原因，其导致的肢体功能障碍、吞咽功能障碍、语言及认知功能障碍严重影响患者的生活质量。程丑夫教授依据50余年从医经验及相关经典理论，从“脾主运化，为气血生化之源”“脾在体合肉，主四肢”“脾为生痰之源”等探索疾病本源，认为脾虚是脑梗死的缘由，脾虚痰阻、脾虚肝旺为本病发生发展的关键病机。脑梗死恢复期辨证属“脾虚肝旺，风痰阻络证”，程教授以《医宗金鉴》中的醒脾汤为主方，从脾论治脑梗死恢复期，临床疗效显著，大大提高了患者生活质量，值得认真研习和推广。 |

| Abstract: |
| The main cause to disability and death of Chinese residents is cerebral infarction, which affect the quality of patients' life seriously in physical dysfunction, swallowing dysfunction, language and cognitive dysfunction. Acoording to the more than 50 years medical experience and related classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), professor CHENG Choufu explored the origin of diseases from the following aspects:"the spleen governs transportation and transformation, which is the source of Qi and blood biochemistry", "the spleen govern four limbs and muscles" and "the spleen is the source of phlegm production" etc. He believes that spleen deficiency is the cause of cerebral infarction, spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction, spleen deficiency and liver flourishing are the key pathogenesis of the occurrence and development of the disease. Syndrome differentiation in cerebral infarction convalescence is "spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity, wind-phlegm blocking collaterals syndrome". It's worth studying and popularizing that professor CHENG treated the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction from the spleen taking Xingpi Decoction from The Golden Mirror of Medicine as the main prescription, owing to significant clinical effects and improving the patients' quality of life remarkably. |
