| 摘要: |
| 国医大师梅国强结合伤寒与温病学说，认为长期低热的主要病机有营卫不和、枢机不利、湿热弥漫，治疗上重视调和营卫、和解枢机、清利湿热，兼顾其他脏腑病症用药。或不拘主要病机，重新厘定，灵活施治，亦可退热。常用方剂有桂枝汤、小柴胡汤、小陷胸汤、温胆汤、蒿芩清胆汤等。 |

| Abstract: |
| TCM Master Mei Guoqiang combined with the theory of exogenous cold disease and epidemic febrile disease, believes that the pathogenesis of long-term low fever mainly consist of the disharmony between nutrient Qi and defensive Qi, the pivot dysfunction and damp-heat diffuse. In the treatment, attention should be paid to the harmonizing nutrient Qi and defensive Qi, reconciliation of the pivot, the clearing and eliminating damp-heat as well as the medication for other viscera diseases. Or regardless of the main pathogenesis, by redefining the pathogenesis and flexible treatment, the patient may also be defervescence. Common prescriptions include Guizhi Decoction, Xiaochaihu Decoction, Xiaoxianxiong Decoction, Wendan Decoction, Haoqin Qindan Decoction and so on. |
