| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨辰时艾灸对结直肠癌术后患者胃肠功能的影响。方法 选取126例结直肠癌术后患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（单纯常规护理）、观察A组（常规艾灸）、观察B组（辰时艾灸），每组42例。对照组采用术后常规护理，观察A组在对照组基础上采用穴位艾灸，观察B组在对照组基础上采用基于子午流注理论的辰时艾灸。观察3组患者治疗后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间，并观察两组5 d后腹胀情况，记录并发症发生率。结果 经治疗，观察B组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间显著短于对照组、观察A组（P<0.05）；观察A组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间显著短于对照组（P<0.05），对照组和观察A组肠鸣音恢复时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，观察B组患者腹胀发生率为26.32%，显著低于对照组的65.79%、观察A组的42.11%（P<0.05）；且观察A组腹胀发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗期间观察B组并发症发生率低于对照组、观察A组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 子午流注辰时艾灸能促进结直肠癌术后患者胃肠功能的恢复，减少术后并发症。 |

| Clinical Observation of Moxibustion in a Period of the Day from 7 am to 9 am on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery in Patients with Colorectal Cancer After Operation |

| Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion in a period of the day from 7 am to 9 am on gastrointestinal function in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery. Methods 126 postoperative patients with colorectal cancer were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into control group (simple routine care), observation group A (routine moxibustion), observation group B (moxibustion in a period of the day from 7 am to 9 am), with 42 patients in each group. The control group was adopted routine postoperative care. Observation group A was treated with acupoint moxibustion on the basis of the control group, and observation group B was treated with moxibustion in a period of the day from 7 am to 9 am based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory on the basis of the control group. The recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of first exhaust, the time of first defecation, and the length of hospitalization after treatment were observed in the three groups of patients, and the abdominal distension after 5 days in the two groups were observed, and the incidence of complications was recorded. Results After treatment, the bowel sound recovery time, first exhaust time, first defecation time, hospitalization time in observation group B were significantly shorter than those in the control group and observation group A (P<0.05); the first exhaust time, first defecation time and hospitalization time in observation group A were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the recovery time of bowel sounds between the control group and the observation group A (P>0.05). After treatment, the incidence of abdominal distension in observation group B was 26.32%, which was significantly lower than 65.79% in the control group and 42.11% in observation group A (P<0.05); and the incidence of abdominal distension in observation group A was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment, the incidence of complications in the observation group B was lower than that in the control group and the observation group A, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Midnight-noon ebb-flow moxibustion in a period of the day from 7 am to 9 am can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with colorectal cancer and reduce postoperative complications. |
