| 摘要: |
| 脑科复杂性疾病多为危重病、慢性病、疑难病等，临床上需要长期的多重用药。针对复杂性疾病的特点，根据脑病病种的具体病机，和法论治，诸法并施，方药相宜，个体化用药，是比较好的临床应对策略。通过肝胆管癌骨髓转移并脑转移、多发性腔隙性脑梗死并血管性帕金森综合征、线粒体脑肌病并病毒性脑膜炎继发性癫痫、脑动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血并交通性脑积水、遗传性代谢病、舌根鳞癌切除术后迷走神经性呕吐6个医案，阐述了脑科复杂性疾病的和法论治用药特点：脑与奇恒互藏同治，脑与多脏燮理同治，多虚多实与多种亚治法复方以治，气血水火升降出入失调与承制调衡同治，神机轴、经隧、髓系等神经通路疏导平调同治，虚不受补与变通以治。 |

| Brain complex diseases are mostly critical illness, chronic diseases, and difficult diseases, which need long-term multiple drugs in clinical practice. It's a better clinical response strategy to harmonizing method treatment, hybrid method treatment, prescription properly and personalized medicine according to the characteristics of complex diseases and the specific pathogenesis of encephalopathy. Through bone metastases and brain metastases from cholangiocarcinoma, multiple lacunar cerebral infarction and vascular Parkinson's syndrome, brain mitochondria myopathy and viral meningitis secondary epilepsy, cerebral aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and traffic hydrocephalus, hereditary metabolic disease, vagus nerve vomiting after tongue squamous carcinoma resection 6 cases, this paper expounded the characteristics and medication of the harmonizing method treatment of complex diseases in the brain department:the brain and Qiheng are treated with each other, the brain and the viscera are treated with the same reason, and the multi-virtual and multi-solid are treated with a variety of sub-treatment methods, qi, blood, water and fire rise and fall in and out of disorder and contract regulation balance with treatment, neural pathways, such as Shenji axis, meridian tunnel and medullary system are balanced together, deficiency is not compensated and can be treated with flexibility. |
