| 摘要: |
| 自新型冠状病毒肺炎（corona virus disease 2019，COVID-19）发生以来，中医药在防治疫情方面起着重要作用。基于阳气“生、长、收、藏”四时变化而提出的“四时调阳”理念，根据机体一年、一生的阳气“四时”变化特点，针对不同疾病中的阳气“四时”变化规律进行防治的一种理念，在治未病及慢病防护方面具有指导意义和使用价值。试对COVID-19的发病时间、发病人群及疾病全过程进行分析，探讨COVID-19发病与“四时阳气”变化的关系，并基于“四时调阳”理念及“截断扭转”思想提出“避其疫邪、固护阳气以预防” “精准辨证、护阴摄阳以施治” “清其余邪、复其阳气以康复”的防治措施，为COVID-19疫情的防控提供中医策略。 |

| Since the outbreak of the corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19), traditional Chinese medicine has played an important role in the prevention and control of the epidemic. Four seasons regulating Yang, which is proposed in view of the four time-slices change "initial, grow, reap and hide" of Yang qi, is a kind of idea to prevent and cure different diseases according to the characteristics of Yang qi "four seasons" change in one year and one life. It has guiding significance and use value in preventing treatment of disease and treating and preventing chronic disease. The onset time, population and the whole progress of COVID-19 were analyzed, and the relationship between the onset of COVID-19 and the "four seasons Yang qi" was discussed. Based on the concept of "four seasons regulating Yang" and "interdict & restore", the prevention and treatment measures of "avoiding its pathogen, fixing Yang qi for prevention" and "accurate syndrome differentiation, protecting Yin and regulating Yang qi for treatment", "clearing the remaining pathogen, restoring its Yang qi for rehabilitation" are put forward to provide traditional Chinese medicine strategy for the prevention and control of the epidemic situation of COVID-19. |
