| 摘要: |
| 肝衰竭是各类肝脏疾病进展的终末结局，致死率高。近年来研究发现，中药可通过抑制Fas/FasL结合、抑制NF-κB和Caspase 途径、抗氧化应激来抑制肝细胞凋亡，通过调节Th17/Treg平衡、CTL/Treg平衡和下调HMGB1表达来增强机体免疫功能，以及通过清除 LPS、减少细胞因子释放、改善肠道菌群和内毒素血症等方式拮抗肝衰竭，提升患者的生存率。本文对中药抑制肝衰竭的多机制和多层面进行综述，为肝衰竭的治疗提供新思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| Liver failure is the final outcome of the progression of various liver diseases with a high mortality rate. In recent years, it has been found that traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit Fas/FasL binding, NF-κB pathway, Caspase pathway, anti-oxidative stress to inhibit hepatocyte apoptosis. By regulating Th17/Treg balance, CTL/Treg balance, and down-regulating HMGB1 expression to enhance immune function, clearing LPS, reducing cytokine release, improving intestinal flora and endotoxemia, liver failure was antagonized and patient survival was improved. This article reviewed the multiple mechanisms and aspects of traditional Chinese medicine for inhibiting liver failure, providing new ideas for the treatment of liver failures |
