| 摘要: |
| 为了了解中医药在新型冠状病毒肺炎患者治疗中的作用，本文选取湖南省截至2020年2月25日出院的所有患者，分析不同类型中医药参与方式对患者症状改善的影响、中医参与率和患者住院日及症状转归的关系、中医药诊疗方案与中医专家下沉市州指导的意义。分析发现：中医药参与尤其是中药汤剂使用对患者病情改善作用明显；中成药须在中医辨证指导下使用才能发挥应有疗效；中医药介入时机与患者平均住院日及症状转归关系密切；中医药诊疗方案和省级中医专家对市州中医药救治有积极意义。 |

| In order to understand the role of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), all discharged patients in Hunan Province before February 25, 2020 were selected to analyze the effects of different types of TCM participation methods on the improvement of patients' symptoms, the relationship between the participation rate of TCM and hospitalization days and clinical outcome, and the guiding significance of TCM diagnosis and treatment plan and TCM experts in cities and prefectures. The analysis found that the participation of TCM, especially the application of TCM decoction, has a significant effect on improving the patients' conditions; Chinese patent medicine must be used under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation to achieve its proper effect; The timing of TCM intervention is closely related with the average hospitalization days and the clinical outcome; TCM diagnosis and treatment plan and provincial TCM experts have positive guiding significance for the TCM treatment in cities and prefectures. |
