| 摘要: |
| 银屑病是一种红斑鳞屑性皮肤病，杨志波教授在长期治疗寻常型银屑病临证过程中，将其分为血热证、血瘀证、血虚风燥证，分别选用凉血消风散、桃红四物汤、当归饮子，治风为先，众方尤重消风散；强调在把握主证的同时临证加减，提倡病证结合，注重调养脾胃、内外兼治、中西并用，在临床治疗中疗效显著，对临床实践具有指导意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| Psoriasis is a type of skin disease with erythema and scales. In the long process of TCM clinical practice for psoriasis, Professor YANG Zhibo divided it into blood heat syndrome, blood stasis syndrome,blood deficiency with wind-dryness syndrome, and respectively chose Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder, Taohong Siwu Decoction, Danggui Yinzi. Among these, Xiaofeng Powder was chosen firstly to treat wind-pathogen. Professor YANG emphasized the assurance of primary syndrome and drugs adjustment combined the diseases and syndromes, and alsofocused on spleen and stomach regulation, internal and external treatment,combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, which showed significant treatment in clinical treatment, and had guiding meaning to clinical practice. |
