| 分析全国名中医王行宽教授应用柴芪生脉散治疗盗汗的临床经验。王教授认为盗汗非独阴虚引起，多责之气阴两虚，然肝胆失疏为病机之关键，故疏泄肝胆至关重要，拟补益气阴，疏泄肝胆，调节腠理，创柴芪生脉散治疗盗汗，依据不同兼症随证治之。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper analyzed the nationally famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor Professor WANG Xingkuan's clinical experience in treating night sweating with Chaiqi Shengmai Powder. Professor WANG Xingkuan believes that night sweating is not only caused by Yin deficiency, but mostly Qi-Yin deficiency. The key pathogenesis is the lack of dispersion in liver and gallbladder. Therefore, it is very important to disperse liver and gallbladder. It is proposed to supplement Qi-Yin, disperse liver and gallbladder, and regulate striae. Chaiqi Shengmai Powder was created to treat night sweating, and the accompanied symptoms were treated according to syndromes. |
