| 摘要: |
| 目的 研究辨证艾灸联合伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法 选取2015年7月至2016年6月我院收治的76例功能性消化不良患者，根据患者入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组，每组38例。对照组采用伊托必利治疗，观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合辨证艾灸治疗。观察比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、临床疗效、生活质量改善情况。结果 治疗后，不同中医证型积分均下降，观察组下降程度高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组的嗳气、餐后恶心、上腹灼烧、早饱、餐后饱胀、上腹痛症状积分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；观察组的尼平消化不良指数（NDI）显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的不良反应率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 辨证艾灸联合伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良，能有效改善患者临床症状，临床疗效良好，安全性较高。 |

| Efficacy of Syndrome Differentiation-Based Moxibustion Combined with Itopride in Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia |

| Objective To study the efficacy of syndrome differentiation-based moxibustion combined with itopride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 76 patients with functional dyspepsia who were admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, with 38 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with itopride, while those in the observation group were treated with itopride combined with syndrome differentiation-based moxibustion. The improvement in clinical symptoms, clinical outcome, and improvement in quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, both groups showed significant reductions in the scores of different traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, and the observation group had significantly greater reductions than the control group (P<0.05). The overall response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had significantly lower scores of belching, postprandial nausea, epigastric burning, early satiety, postprandial fullness, and epigastric pain than the control group (P<0.01). The Nepean Dyspepsia Index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Syndrome differentiation-based moxibustion combined with itopride can effectively improve clinical symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia and has good clinical efficacy and high safety. |
