| 高尿酸血症动物模型是研究高尿酸血症发病机制和药物治疗的关键。该文简述高尿酸血症的造模基本原理、动物模型的选择、给药方式，并对各种模型的造模方法及特点进行了概括和比较，以期为该类研究提供参考。 |

| Hyperuricemia animal model is the key to study the pathogenesis and drug treatment of hyperuricemia. This paper introduces the basic principle of hyperuricemia model, animal model, drug delivery, and the analysis model of various models, the preparation methods and characteristics of hyperuricemia animal model are summarized and compared, to provide a reference for the study. |
