| 自拟抑癌汤联合辅助化疗对胃癌术后血清肿瘤标志物、凋亡相关因子表达水平和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨自拟抑癌汤联合辅助化疗对胃癌术后血清肿瘤标志物、凋亡相关因子表达水平和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 收集常州市中医医院2014年10月-2016年9月收治的60例行手术治疗的胃癌患者为对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组及干预组各30例，对照组患者术后实施常规辅助化疗方案治疗，干预组在对照组基础上另联合自拟抑癌汤治疗。观察治疗前后2组血清肿瘤标志物[糖类抗原125（CA125）、糖类抗原199（CA199）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、组织多肽特异性抗原（TPS）]、凋亡相关因子[胃癌细胞原癌蛋白（Bax）、凋亡调控基因蛋白（Bcl-2）]、T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3、CD4、CD8）、生活质量[卡氏评分量表（KPS）]的变化及毒副反应发生率。结果 治疗前2组CA125、CA199、CEA、TPS、Bax、Bcl-2、CD3、CD4、CD8、KPS评分相较无明显差异（P>0.05）；治疗后2组CA125、CA199、CEA、TPS、Bcl-2较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05），Bax、CD3、CD4、CD8、KPS评分明显升高（P<0.05），而干预组的各项指标变化较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且干预组毒副反应总发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 自拟抑癌汤联合辅助化疗应用于胃癌术后患者，可有效调节机体血清肿瘤标志物、凋亡相关因子及T淋巴细胞亚群表达，明显提高患者生活质量，且毒副反应更少，适于推广应用。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of self-made tumor inhibition decoction combined with adjuvant chemotherapy on serum tumor markers, apoptosis related factors and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with gastric cancer after operation. Methods 60 cases of patients with gastric cancer treated with operation in Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2014 to September 2016 were enrolled in the study. By the random number table method, they were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with adjuvant chemotherapy while the intervention group were additionally treated with self-made tumor inhibition decoction. The serum tumor markers[carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), tissue polypeptide specific antigen (TPS)], apoptosis related factors[gastric cancer oncogenic protein (Bax), apoptosis regulatory gene protein (Bcl-2)], T lymphocyte subsets (CD3, CD4, CD8), quality of life[Karnofsky performance scale (KPS)] and the incidence of side effects in the two groups were observed. Results There were no significant differences in CA125, CA199, CEA, TPS, Bax, Bcl-2, CD3, CD4, CD8 and KPS score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, CA125, CA199, CEA, TPS and Bcl-2 in the two groups significantly decreased, while Bax, CD3, CD4, CD8 and KPS score significantly increased, and changes of the indicators were more obvious in the intervention group than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of side effects in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of self-made tumor inhibition decoction combined with adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer after operation can effectively regulate serum tumor markers, apoptosis related factors and T lymphocyte subsets, significantly improve the quality of life of patients, with few toxic and side effects. |
